enrollment 1st of the month
following 30 days of employment).

$20,000 Life Insurance (new
enrollment 1st of the month
following 30 days of employment)

401K Plan (to enroll six months of
employment must be completed). 1% to
15% can be tax deferred up to the
maximum allowed by the IRS. For
mechanics the company will match 50%
of the contribution up to a maximum
of 4%.

Observed Holidays Paid after 90 days
of employment completed.

Vacation pay varies depending on
years of employment (1 year of
service 40 hrs. paid vacation, 2 to
9 years of service 80 hrs. paid
vacation, and 10 or more years 120
hrs. paid vacation, 15 or more years
160 hrs. paid vacation).

16.0 hours PTO (Paid Time Off) after
completion of first year of service
(Anniversary/Vacation Date). A
maximum of 32.0 hours can be
accumulated – or – 50% of
unused PTO can be cashed in at the
employee’s Anniversary/Vacation
Date.

Short-Term Disability Insurance (new
enrollment 1st of the month
following 30 days of employment).
The benefit amount is 60% of your
gross monthly wages. Coverage starts
on the 1st day of an accident and
the 8th day of an illness and pays
for 26 weeks.

Section 125 Benefits (new enrollment
1st of the month following 90 days
of employment). Section 125 includes
benefits such as Child Care
Reimbursement, Unreimbursed Medical
Expenses, Long Term Disability
Insurance, Cancer Insurance, and
Life Insurance.

Other benefits are Credit Union,
Direct Deposit, Special Banking at
selected banks, Costco Membership,
and Tool Inventory Insurance for
Mechanics.
